The New French Inspired Mexican Bistro is in town and it’s got a menu that just won’t quit!
Here’s a Food Tour of The Dining Experience I was privileged to have.
Appetizer:
Plantains – tomatillo ketchup
Entrees:
Quinoa Negra – beet hummus & veggies
Mexican Hot Pot – adobada broth, rice, herbs
Bistro Burger – tomatillo jam, white cheddar, lettuce, onions, brioche
Dessert:
Pot De Créme – café de ole, dehydrated berries, coconut nibs
Drinks:
French Margarita
Lost in Oceanside
Verdict:
Carte Blanche is the new fine-dining establishment in Oceanside that provides a laidback, family-feel, diversified and yet, qualitative dining experience, with fresh locally-sourced ingredients.
