HOW DO YOU MAKE APPLE FRENCH TOAST ROLL-UPS?
Peel, core, and chop the apples, then add them to a pan together with the brown sugar, cinnamon . Leave to cook until tender.
Use the rolling pin to flatten the bread slices (I like to remove the crust), add a teaspoon of cooked apples, then roll.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, add milk and mix well to combine. Dip the rolls in the eggy mixture, add the butter or oil to a pan, then gently fry the rolls until light brown.
Sprinkle with granualted sugar before serving.
Perfect for lazy weekend days when you want to treat yourself, they can also be enjoyed as a dessert, or snack. Super quick and easy to make, enjoyed by kids and grown-ups alike.
