Friends have a look at my fresh and easy salad with Pasta and tuna.
Enjoy this salad with friends, family or alone in the evening or for lunch.
You can make this recipe as a starter for your guests too.
This is how to make it:
Cook the pasta (I like colored fusilli ) as described on the package. Drain the pasta. Add salt, black pepper and some olive oil. Let the pasta cool down.
For the mayonnaise (traditional French recipe):
In a big bowl add 2 egg yolks, salt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, wine vinegar. While stirring gently add the oil.
In a bowl into the pasta add the tuna, the corn, the capers, some juice of lime and our homemade French mayonnaise.
The ingredients are:
1 package pasta
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Lemon juice
Wine vinegar
200 ml Oil
1 tuna (can)
1 cup sweet corn
50 g capers
Serve this salad with pasta and tuna with fresh basil and some tomatoes. Also with a glass of good Rose for nice end not the day. Enjoy!
