How to Make French Pastry Cream. It is also known as Crème Pâtissière or Custard Cream. One of the versatile filling, used in various Dessert and Pastries.

Ingredient:-
Full Fat Cream 150 g
Egg Yolk 1 nos
Corn Starch 13 g
Sugar 20 g
White Chocolate 45 g
Vanilla ess. 6 ml

Direction:-
1. Combine Sugar, Yolk, Vanilla, Milk together. Until all the ingredient dissolve completely.
2. Start Cooking mixture in medium flame, whisk continuously until it convert into thick paste.
3. Switch off the flame, add chocolate whisk continuously until you get creamy texture and Cream is Ready.
