Search for:

.5 oz lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
.75 oz gin (or vodka in a pinch!)
3-4 oz COLD dry champagne, prosecco, cava or other sparkling wine (basically, enough to top your glass off)
Combine lemon juice, simple syrup, and gin in a wine glass, coupe or flute.
Top with champagne
Add a lemon twist (flamed or normal!) into the glass

OPTIONAL VARIATIONS:
– you can also throw in some mint, basil, lavender, or other herb as a garnish (just clap it between your hands first before throwing it in to activate the oils)

– replace the simple syrup with your leftover st. germain! keep in mind this means it’s pretty much just booze, so drink responsibly!

– Make it a virgin 75 by using lemon juice, simple syrup, and fizz (or mineral water if you want some extra oomph!
