Whenever I visit my favourite fish and chips shop (or chippy as they called it here in the UK), I always overestimate my appetite and order more than I can eat. Most of the time, I will be left with tons of chips and out of guilt, I will just leave it on the dining table telling myself that I will eat it later though deep down I know, it will end up in the bin. Now, I have a new way to make myself less guilty which is by making a delicious mouthwatering sweet chilli stir fry with my leftover chips. Do you know the salt and pepper chips you get from your favourite Chinese? Well, it tastes somewhat like that but only better in my honest opinion.
