A unique restaurant, located in a centuries-old temple in Beijing with contemporary sculpture, has just won the title of the world’s best fine dining restaurant voted by travel aggregator TripAdvisor’s users. TRB Hutong serves European dishes made with local ingredients. The restaurant was opened in 2012 by Ignace Lecleir. Epicure, a three-Michelin star restaurant in Paris’ Le Bristol hotel, bagged the second spot while Ristorante Villa Crespi, a two-Michelin star restaurant in a five-star hotel on Lake Orta in Italy, was third.
