For French fries,
Potatoes(Russets) – 2
Corn starch – 3 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Cut the potatoes into stripes.
Wash the potatoes at least twice to remove starch.
Pat dry the potato with clean kitchen towel.
Add corn starch and toss lightly.
Fry the potato in medium hot oil ( 300 F) in three batches.
Take out fried potato in tray. And leave it in a room temperature to get it dry.
Once it’s dry and cold fry the potatoes again at high heat ( 400 F) in 5 batches.
Take out potatoes in a bowls, sprinkle salt to taste.
Enjoy the crispy french fries with Tomato ketchup.
