Pierre Frick went organic back in 1970 and is one of the pioneers of bio-dynamic movement. There’s lots of maturity in this wine – honeyed, ripe apricots and a lovely, lovely roundness.
It’s a great time to be drinking this Reisling from Alsace, northeastern France. Pair it up with pan-fried hake in a beurre blanc sauce.
We tasted the Grand Cru this week and we were blown away with it!
