As summer comes these glossy, deep-red cherries are seen in market, but with current situation I couldn’t find any cherries but that doesn’t stop me, I had these frozen berries in my freezer, I like storing them for baking purpose, they come in handy. And it did. Made this yummy french dessert which is a combination of custard and tender cake. Can be made with any stone-fruit, and for this season try making it with Mangoes.. yummm.
