Shoots & new leaves of blackthorn, rose wine, eau de vie / vodka / grappa and sugar. Add a medley of your own botanicals, leave for 2-3 weeks and WOW! Serve with lemon over ice and with a splash of sparkling water – a lovely drink to have on a warm sunny Sunday before a long lazy lunch.
