Croque monsieur just for real foodies
Ohlala this is the recipe that will make you love France … hihi! I adapted one of the recipes of one of my favorite French chefs (Philippe Conticini) of the croque monsieur in a more gastronomic version !! If I could compare I would say that the croque monsieur is our French burger, the hot sandwich full of cream and cheese !!!! Cut in to small pieces you could propose it like an appetizers or entire for a dinner with friends …
