FRENCH MACARONS || SECRET INGREDIENT || FOR FOOL PROOF RECIPE || WORKS EVERY TIME || QUICK & EASY!
Hey everyone! Today we’re going to be really sneaky and add a secret ingredient to our french macaron recipe that’s going to result in the most perfect, professional french macarons ever!

It’s the perfect fool-proof recipe if it’s your first time or 10th time trying to make these Basic French Macarons!!
Ingredients:
2 egg whites at room temperature
2/3 cup almond flour
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons meringue powder
Jam or other filling
1.) Beat the egg whites with granulated sugar and meringue powder on high speed until soft peeks form.
2.) Sift the almond flour with powdered sugar and fold in the egg mixture until you’re able to make a figure 8 with your spoon while swirling the mixture.
3.) Pipe the cookies on a silicon lined baking sheet and press down the little peaks on top with wet fingers. Top with sprinkles.
* Let sit on counter for 30 minutes.
4.) Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 13-15 minutes.
*Let cool and fill them with filling of choice.
