“Freedom will become the norm again” during phase two of France’s plan to ease the lockdown, announces Prime Minister Edouard Philippe. Schools, cafes, restaurants and parks are among the places allowed to reopen across the country from June 2, with some restrictions remaining in the orange zones, notably Paris.
