Gin 1.5 Oz
Lemon Juice .75 Oz
Simple Syrup .75 Oz
Champagne 3 Oz

Directions: Add the Gin, Lemon and Simple to a shaker full of ice. Shake and strain into a large wine glass filled with ice. Top with champagne and add a lemon peel.
