Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
Barrel fermented in French Oak, this Bordeaux-style white wine is ever-evolving in the glass. Pour it and swirl to discover a savoury and intriguing nose, followed by flavours of grapefruit, vanilla, laurel and citrus with a subtle minerality. Pair with tarragon chicken, halibut and beurre blanc, pesto pea ravioli

2018 pinot gris
Pinot Gris is one of the darling varietals of the Okanagan Valley. It ripens easily and consistently produces an enjoyable, fruit forward yet food friendly wine.
The wine has notes of pear, white peach, citrus, and hints of fresh blossoms. The palate is vibrant and juicy. The acid balances the generous texture and still allows for a surprisingly lengthy finish.

An intense nose with ripe peach, tropical mango and papaya along with melon and honey poached pear. An off-dry palate balanced by crisp acidity and savoury spice, apple peel and citrus peel on the finish.
