Today i am going to show you how to make delicious and crispy French crepes.

Ingredients required are:
-1 Cup Flour
-1/2 tsp Salt
-2 Eggs
-1¼ Cups Milk
-2 tbsp Melted Butter

First combine (the dry ingredients) the flour and salt together with a whisk.
Then in a separate bowl mix (the wet ingredients) the eggs and milk.
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients, a little at a time and whisk together until smooth.
Pour the (melted) butter into the crepe batter and mix
Heat the frying pan or crepe pan over medium heat. Grease the pan with melted butter/oil and pour in about a 1/3 cup of crepe batter. Spread the batter evenly by rotating the pan.

Cook the crepe until they are golden brown.
Add your favorite toppings on the crepe and enjoy your delicious breakfast.
