In this episode we look at two Syrahs (Shiraz) from a cult natural wine producer, Domaine Rouchier. Organic, Biodynamic and either no or minimal sulphur.
Paired with Anchoïade, a classic Provincal dip made from anchovy which pairs absolutely beautifully with Domaine Rouchier.
