How to make it?

What you need:
800g lamb (for stew)
150g bacon
2 onions
2 apples
3 chicory
2 cloves garlic
Kerel saison (or something fruity)
Salt & pepper
Thym
Bay leafs
Chili
Cayenne
Olive oil
1/2 lime or lemon

Step by step:
1/ cut everything in cubes.

2/ heat up pot with olive oil, sweat the onions and garlic

3/ add the lamb & bacon. Color till brown

4/ add the beer and the spices. Cover the pot and let it simmer for 25 minutes

5/ add chicory and apples. Add more salt & pepper
(If you want more juice add a little bit of water (1dl) )

6/ simmer for 25 minutes

7/ serve with fries/chips or potatoes/ smashed potatoes
