After a daft idea was floated between family & friends, we got half drunk and made this. I am so sorry in advance. All of the following you watch is completely Improv. We feel absolutely daft but it was fun!

Recipe, though not exact, is inspired by Binging with Babish’s video, found here:
Recipe we used:
– 2 Packets of diced beef
– A whole pack of Smoked back bacon
– A bottle of decent wine
– Probably 500ml of beef stock
– Plenty of spices (garlic, bay leaves, tomato puree, Thyme, Parsley, salt and pepper and any extras!)
– Portabello mushrooms, diced
– Shallots (approx 9 for some reason)
– 1 Onion
– 3 carrots, and a parsnip [not technically in original recipe]
– Mostly everything else is common sense! And time! Have fun 🙂
