Ingredients
4 – Potatoes
Water
3 tsp Salt
Oil
Peri Peri Masala

Instructions

Take Potatoes which are for Chips or of hard core. Cut them with French fries cutter or simply with knife. Wash these fries in water four times. In the fourth wash keep them in a pan which you could heat. Heat the fries with a timer of 15 min if you have the chips potatoes and less for the others and add salt to this water. Strain the fries and transfer these to a new pan of fresh water and again boil them for 3 mins. First boil was for releasing the remaining starch and the another boil is for cooking the potatoes fries. After three minutes strain the finger fries and transfer them to a dry cloth and spread them so that they could get dry. Once the fries are dry enough put a pan on heat and add oil for frying the finger chips. Once the oil is hot enough fry the fries. Keep the fries in a tin for minimum 2-4 hours to refrigerate and if you are not in hurry keep them for 6 hrs. Take out the fries once refrigerated and fry them once more. This will be the final fry. French Fries are ready. Sprinkle the peri peri masala on it and the fries will be ready to eat.

Food Plating
Transfer the fries to a bowl and have them with mint mayonaise chutney or mint chutney or ketchup.
