Ingredients
8 Pieces of bread
2 Potatoes peeled
300 gms of chicken breast
25 gms of ginger
25 gms of ginger
1 onion cut into pieces
1 Tomato cut into pieces
1 Spoon of garam masala
Salt to taste
25 ml of oil
2 Eggs
Preparation
Heat 300 ml of water in a pan and put in the chicken breasts,potatoes
1 spoon of garam masala and salt to taste and mix. Put in some pieces of ginger and garlic and mix and cook for 30 minutes. Heat a pan and pour in 10 ml of oil.Put in the onions,garlic and ginger and saute and mix until the onions are a golden brown . Add the tomatoes and saute and mix thoroughly. Put in the boiled potatoes and mash and saute and mix. Shred the cooked chicken breast using a spoon in the pan used for cooking. Add the shredded chicken and chicken broth to the mixture and saute and mix for 5 to 10 minutes and take off the flame and cool . Take the pieces of bread and cut diagonally to get two triangular pieces. Put the shredded chicken mixure on the pieces of bread , Break 2 eggs into a bowl and mix thoroughly.Apply the egg mixture on the sides of the bread on the inner side. Put the other triangular half on top to complete the sandwich. Dip the sandwich in the egg mixture.Heat 15 ml of oil in the pan and fry the sandwich on both sides for 3 to 4 minutes totally. Do this with the rest of the sandwiches and serve
