I have been busy busy in the shop as you will see in this video! Lots of new organization, tools, and a whole lotta work to do!
I have been invited to participate in the Big Build Off where we get to design, build, and finish a dining table that will be donated to charity after the competition is over. Such a cool concept and group to come up with ideas like this during these crazy pandemic times!
In this video, I start designing the table and then I head out and grab some walnut and start building. I show my process for laying out and building the table top which is about 48″ round and over 1-1/2″ inches thick (at appearance) thanks to some addition skirting that I add.
