Wine awakens our memory; whisking us away to moments in the past and forging new memories in the present. Wine and Evelyn crossed paths for the first time at university, in a summer where she didn’t want to return home. A summer and a decision that somehow began to curate her life and taste for wine.
Today, savor her life with us in small sips.
The wines of her youth, that flavor “not so good” that will always accompany that sensation of that “sweet red” that cooled in your refrigerator.
Evelyn grew up. She grew professionally and personally accompanied by French, Italian, German, and Californian wines.
It couldn’t be any other way. Wine is part of the anecdotes of her life and with that spontaneous smile she wears, she tells us all about it.
