Lucien has been offering cooking lessons as alternative programming during the confinement period via @lucienchefambition at Salle A Manger (SAM), the kitchen and dining room of The Invisible Dog.

The ingredients and equipment that you will need:
100g of white eggs
200g of sugar
A pinch of salt
If you have, piping bags and tips, if not a spoon should be enough, parchment paper, and a baking tray.
