This is probably the best french toast i’ve ever tried….AND it’s vegan & gluten free!

The Recipe:
The Batter
– 1 cup non-dairy milk
– 1 tbsp coconut sugar
– 1/2 block tofu
– 1 tbsp vanilla
– 1 tsp cinnamon
For the French Toast
– 8 slices of gluten free bread
– Vegan butter for frying
– Maple syrup
– Berries (optional)
