So here’s something really different and cool for all you vegetarians here!! French toast with a 𝙩𝙬𝙞𝙨𝙩
An easy simple recipe that you can cook in just 10 minutes MAX!
Ingredients measurements as follow :
𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙨 : 4 𝙨𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨
• Bread – 4 slices
• Besan- 1/2 cup
• Water- 1 cup
• Salt – As per taste
• Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Ajwain – 1/2tsp
• Ginger – 1/2 inch grated
• Green chilli – 2 ( finely chopped )
• Onion- 1 ( finely chopped )
• Capsicum – 1/2 ( finely chopped )
• Tomato- 1/2 ( finely chopped )
• Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp ( finely chopped )
𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 :
• Take a bowl add besan, water and let it rest for 5 minutes atleast. • In the same bowl add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Ajwain, Ginger, Green Chilli, Onion, Capsicum, Tomato, Coriander Leaves.
• Whisk till all the masala mixes.
• Transfer the batter to a flat bowl so that you can dip your bread easily.
• Add oil to the pan and toast the dipped bread from both the sides till the raw smell goes away.
