Kali ini saya akan berbagi resep membuat still Kentang Goreng yang crispynya berlayer-layer, cara buat nya mudah banget. Simak aja videonya sampai selesai ya. Berikut adalah estimasi biaya until membuat 250 gr still kentang :

250 gr kentang (4000)
200 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi (1600)
1/2 susu bubuk (500)
2 sdt rayco ayam (500)
1/2 sdt baking soda (300)
2 sdt garam (200)
700 ml air
Minyak secukupnya (2000)

Total estimasi biaya : Rp. 9100
Porsi : 250 gr still kentang

Hello, Today I will share a recipe how to make french fries that are crispy outside but moist inside. Take a look on the video.

Ingredients :

250 gr potatos
200 gr bread flour
1/2 tbsp milk powder
2 tsp flavoring
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
700 ml water
Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Cut the potatoes into sticks and then soak them in the salted water for an hour
2. After an hour, drain the potato sticks , then fry for 5 minutes ( half cooked)
3. Dip the half cooked potato sticks in the water for a while
4. Coat the potato sticks until blended. Then repeat dyeing and coating again once more.
5. Fry into hot oil until golden yellow.
