This video shows how we make the Dry Sauteed Green Beans in our house. Traditionally, the Green Beans (French Beans) are deep fried first. We steam them (for 4 to 7 minutes depending on how soft you want the beans be) instead so they are not as greasy. We used minced chicken thigh meats instead of ground Pork.
Ingredients:
2 lb French Beans
3/4 lb minced chicken thigh meats
minced: garlic, ginger, shallot, and scallion
1 tsp Broad Bean Paste with chili
Sauce:
2 tsp Soy sauce
2 tsp Oyster sauce
2 tsp cooking wine
4 tsp water
1/2 tsp cornstarch
