Ingredient Amounts:
1 15 oz. can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp. of sweetener
1 pinch of salt
1/3 cup of olive oil, melted butter, or unsweetened apple sauce
1/4 cup of chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla extract/ imitation vanilla
3 large eggs
Blend all ingredients besides the chocolate chips in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour onto baking sheet and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes and enjoy!
