Ingredients:
Meringue:
425 g egg whites
140 g granulated sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tartar (Optional)
For the : Flour mixture we need:
325 g crushed Pistachio and almond flour
70 g Cake flour
355 powder sugar
Pinch salt
Honey Maple Buttercream
440 g Softened butter
50 g shortening
2tbs maple syrup/ Honey
1 lemon Zest and half of the lemon juice
Tsp vanilla
1/8 cup milk
3 cups powder sugar
