In this video I share my tried and tested French Macaron recipe. If you follow all the steps, then you should have similar results. I am also throwing in a mango ganache recipe. My advise to you would be to master how to make an Italian meringue.
Ingredients:
Mango Ganache:
8oz mango puree
4oz glucose syrup
24oz white chocolate

Mango filling:
8oz mango puree
4oz glucose syrup

Macaron shell:
235g almond flour
235g powdered sugar
75g of egg whites
Italian meringue:
180g sugar
60g water
75g egg whites.
