1 and a half cup water
300 grams forest mushrooms (or other mushrooms)
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
a handful chop parsley (chopped)
salt and peeper to season
3 tablespoon of olive oil (for the rice)
1 tablespoon olive oil (for the mushrooms)1
1 bay leaf
1 twig of fresh time
