This beef bourguignon recipe was largely based on Ina Garten’s beef bourguignon recipe. I made some adjustments to Ina’s recipe and made it my own. This is my go-to beef stew recipe and the result is fail-proof. When you put a bottle of wine in cooking, success is guaranteed, of course! The cooking process is lengthy (2+ hours including preparation), but you absolutely cannot rush when you make beef bourguignon because it deserves your full attention! Fork-tender beef with vegetables bathing in a red wine sauce, it is wildly delicious. Try this at home and let me know what you think!
