CREAMY FRENCH FRIES

Take potatoes and peel them off. Cut it into French fry shapes. Then deep fry them. Fry them and keep it aside.

Cream(preparation)
Take a pan add 3 tbsp of butter and melt it. Add 3tbsp of flour and one packet milk. Mix it throughly to prevent lump formation. Add 1tsp of pepper,salt,little chilli flakes and oregano.mix everything well.

Cook till you get creamy consistency and add the fries to the cream and mix it well. Our creamy French fries are ready.
