Recipe (4 servings):
1 egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (we used 1/2 tsp for this recipe)
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4 c milk
4 Slices of Bread
– Beat egg, vanilla, cinnamon, milk in shallow dish.
– Dip bread in mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.
– Cook bread on lightly greased nonstick pan on medium heat until brown on both sides (1-2 min).
– Garnish as you choose (we picked a sprinkle of powdered sugar and light syrup)
