Chả giò is a super popular Vietnamese dish. These little rolled up delights can seem rather daunting to make, but don’t be fooled by their perfect shape and golden coat. As I’ll show you in this video, there’s a special trick to make each cha gio perfectly identical one to another. All you need is a couple of ingredients, a good frying oil and a ventilated patio 🙂
👉 Cha Gio recipe ingredients :
– 300g grounded pork (or your preferred protein)
– 1 shallot
– half a teaspoon of salt
– half a teaspoon of grounded black pepper
– half a teaspoon of sugar
– one teaspoon of fish sauce
– handful of dried mushrooms
– one portion of glass noodles
– 5 large carrots (or 9 small ones)
– 1 teaspoon of tapioca (or egg white)
– Water
– Wheat wraps
