This is an enhanced-quality version of a commercial for a brand of wine named Alexis Lichine that aired in the United States, from ADLORD’s channel: I believe it premiered on television in 1969 and continued to air throughout the 1970s. ADLORD, as well as Vintage Fanatic, say in the respective titles of their videos of this particular advertisement that it aired in the 1960s. Except the year listed on the bottle at 0:16 is 1969, and YouTube channels Throwback and Weirdo Video say that it aired in the 1970s.
I modified this video with Adobe software throughout late February and March 2020. I took out the background hiss with Audition; and color-corrected, and even modestly sharpened, the footage and took off parts of the grain dust therein with Premiere Pro. And I must confess, the color-correction, besides the removal of that grain dust, really did help this footage look better!
