Today we make a modified version of the French 75 cocktail. Traditionally consisting of Gin, lemon juice, sugar and Champagne, today we are doing things a little bit differently.
Using the very aromatic and delicious Ketel One Botanicals Peach and Orange blossom spirit, we make a version of the French 75 with peach flavours reminiscent of a Bellini cocktail.
Grapefruit and honey bring this cocktail together for the perfect fruity, dry and aromatic cocktail for mom, on Mother’s day.
When we think mothers day, we think brunch and bubbles!

French 75 (modified)
1 oz. Ketel One Botanicals Peach and Orange blossom
0.5 oz. Fresh Grapefruit juice (or Lemon juice)
0.25 oz. Honey syrup
Sparkling wine
Honey Syrup recipe:
-2 parts honey to 1 part Hot water
-Mix until well blended
-Store in refrigerator
