Hello guys!! Welcome back to my channel. I hope you all doing okay. In today’s video I make Salmon French Butter sauce with mashed potatoes and spinach. French butter sauce is Beurre blanc in French. It is a classic creamy French sauce that is made with butter, shallots, vinegar or white wine, and lemon juice. The French Butter Sauce is actually easy to make and it taste better with fish and seafood. It’s the emulsification of the butter that makes this sauce feathery light and the acid from white wine balances out its richness.
Bonjour tout le monde!! Bienvenue sur ma chaîne. J’espère que vous allez bien. Dans la vidéo d’aujourd’hui, je fais du saumon au beurre blanc avec de la purée de pommes de terre et des épinards. French butter sauce est Beurre blanc en français. C’est une sauce française crémeuse faite avec du beurre, des échalotes, du vinaigre ou du vin blanc et du jus de citron. La sauce au beurre blanc est en fait facile à préparer et elle a meilleur goût avec le poisson et les fruits de mer. C’est l’émulsification du beurre qui rend cette sauce légère et plumeuse et l’acide du vin blanc équilibre sa richesse.

For Salmon, mashed potatoes with spinach:
Salmon / Saumon 1
Lait entier / Whole milk 100 ml
Salt / Sel To taste
Rosemary/ Romarin 3
Garlic / Ail 1
Nutmeg / Muscade To taste
Melted butter/ Beurre fondu 30 ml
Potatoes/ Pommes de terre 7
Heavy cream / Crème fraîche 100 ml
White pepper / Poivre blanc 1 c. à café
Spinach / Épinard 100 ml

For French Butter Sauce:
Dices butter / Beurre en morceaux 50 g
White wine / Vin blanc 20 ml
White pepper / Poivre blanc To taste
Lime / Citron vert 1
Shallot / Échalote 1
Salt / Sel To taste
