I made a great mini French baguette today with French music.
Crispy bread inside and soft bread outside. This is my bread recipe.

Recipe:
Warm milk (100 ml)
Warm water (300 ml)
1 paket yaş maya
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon sugar
400-500 g flour
2 tablespoons of olive oil
