French toast:
Ingredients :
Bread -4 sliced ( white/ brown)
Eggs-3
Milk -2 tsp
Butter for greasing
Salt to taste
Steps:
Take a bowl & beat the eggs nicely
Then add milk & salt to it and mix well
Cut the bread slices into triangle shape
Heat a non stick tawa and grease it with butter& dip the bread slice in the egg mixture on both the bread slices and put it on tawa to cook
Let it cook on one side till it is light brown
Then turn the slices on other side and cook till brown
The toast should be light brown it should not be over cooked
French toast is ready
Serve with tomato sauce
