This week, we’re showing you our latest recipe for the French Press. We opted to use the Espro Press for this particular video, however, feel free to try this recipe on any model of French Press that you may have.
You can replicate the recipe featured in this video by using the following guidelines:
17g – 300g (1:17.6 Actual Ratio)
96°C Water
300g Pour – 0:00 – 0:20 – Fast
Stir – Agitate
Total Brew Time – 4:00
We used a Commandante grinder, on a medium/fine grind setting for this brew. As this brew method features immersion, we feel that many roast profiles can fit this method, we suggest a grind range on Commandante set between 20-24 clicks.
