6 Drops of Angostura Bitters
Top with Champagne
(Optional .5oz Brandy on top- 1937 Version)
Garnish: Expressed Lemon Peel

Hanky Panky:
1.5oz London Dry Gin
1.5oz Sweet Vermouth
1 Barspoon of Fernet- Branca
Garnish:Expressed Orange Peel
Glassware: Coupe or Martini

French 75:
1.5oz London Dry Gin
1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.75oz Simple Syrup
Top with Champagne
Garnish: Expressed Lemon Peel

Classic Margarita:
1.5oz Tequila
.75oz Orange Liqueur
.75oz Fresh Lime Juice

1.5oz Dry Vermouth
1.5oz Dry Sherry
1 Barspoon Simple Syrup
1 Dash of Angostura Bitterws
