We present you this video on how to make the classic French Toast Recipe in Tamil / Sweet Bread Toast and also a little tweaked version of French Toast in Indian Style which is a spicy one. Both these sweet and spicy versions of French Toast can be cooked in minutes and served hot as a Snack item or Breakfast. As we already know eggs are rich in protein, this Sweet French Toast with honey will be a super hit among kids as a special snack and the Spicy Indian Style French Toast will be loved by your family. Ingredients:
Regular sweet flavored:
Cinnamon – ½ inch
Egg – 2 nos
Brown sugar – 1 tbsp (if not White sugar is fine)
Salt – ¼ tsp
Boiled milk – ½ cup (Optional or let the milk cool down before you use it)
Butter as required (if you don’t like butter you can use regular cooking oil)
Bread (White or Wheat bread)
Serve with honey or maple syrup
Spicy Indian Style:
Shallots – 2 nos
Green chilly – 1 no
Coriander leaves
Egg – 2 nos
Pepper – ½ tsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Butter as required (if you don’t like butter you can use regular cooking oil)
Bread (White or Wheat bread)
Serve with Tomato ketchup or spicy red chilli sauce
