Layer Recipe:
1 1/2 Lbs Pork Shoulder or Lamb
2 Medium Yukon Gold Potatoes (1/4 inch slices)
3 Medium Carrots (1/4 inch slices)
1/2 Lg Yellow Onion (medium dice)
1/2 Cup of finely chopped Kimchi
Tomatoes sliced thin for the top layer
1 Tbs Salt for seasoning each layer
1 Tbs Pepper for seasoning each layer
1 Tbs Gochugaru (Red Pepper Flakes) for seasoning each layer
Garnish Recipe:
2 Scallions sliced for garnish
2 tsp flat parsley (chopped or 1 tsp dry parsley)
1 1/2 Cups of a Dry White Wine
