This Oxtail recipe has a Filipino/Asian influence with a bit of French flavor. I had a version of this at a friends place when we used to live in Switzerland.
Ingredients:
1-2 pounds OXTAIL
5 sprigs Rosemary
5 sprigs Thyme
1 large Onion
1 bulb Garlic
4 cups Red Wine
4 tbsp Tomato Paste
4 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 can Black Olives
Salt and Pepper to taste
