1/2 Ginger
1 Roma Tomatoe

1 Bunch Fresh Spinach Leaves
Handful of fresh Cilantro

1/4tsp Cumin Powder
1/4tsp Coriander Powder
1/2tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/4 tsp Red chili Powder
3 large Pinches of dry Methi (dry fenugreek leaves )
4 Tbsp of heavy cream (or coconut cream)
chopped green chili (optional to increase heat)
