try it in Ramadan , this is not really oily like we eating pokoray normally ,jhatpat ready , and it doesn’t take too much time .
_ ingredients we need
_1 cup gram flour ( basan)
_ 1/3 cup spinach green coriander leaves mix
_ few mint leaves
_ 3 potatoes washed and sliced
_1 tsp salt or to taste
_ 1 green chilies
_ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
_ 1 tsp coriander powder
_ 1/2 tsp cumin powder
_ baking soda 1/2 tsp
