This Ratatouille is ridiculously good, thus the name Ridiculous Ratatouille. This humble French one-pot wonder conjures up the very feelings of comfort. My family likes to make ratatouille while listening to ratatouille, and then we eat ratatouille while watching Ratatouille. Like the dish it’ll bring everyone into the kitchen to meld together for a delicious cooking and dining experience, and I hope it’ll accent your culinary repertoire better than my crazy attempt at a French accent.
